The Private Company: A Legal and Business Guide for Owners and Managers essentially provides "one stop shopping" by giving an overview of the main issues which owners and managers should be aware of, so that they can be more proactive and better equipped to deal with their companies' shareholders, bankers, employees, and other stakeholders and reduce the likelihood of disputes arising.
