Ordering

Federal Publications ships orders anywhere in the world! Should you wish to order a publication or map, you may do so directly on this website, or by telephone, or by fax.

There are four easy ways to place an order:

1: Order on the website: Just click (Add to Cart) for each item you would like. These buttons appear throughout the site, on the pages that describe the books and maps we sell. For example, if you wish to order the Complete Canadian Wills Kit, click the Add to Cart button on that page.
When you are finished press Checkout. At any time you can click on Viewcart to see which items you've already selected. Items can be deleted from the cart at any time. All payment and shipping information you provide is encrypted and secure for your protection. You may find that your browser does not support encrypted transmission. If you cannot or would rather not use our secure web server, we suggest you use choose of the following options:
2: Call us at 1-888-433-3782 (or 416- 860-1611) Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm EST.
3: Click here for a blank form that you can print, fill in, and then fax to us at 416-860-1608.
4: Mail an order with a money order or cheque, payable to Federal Publications Inc. Please confirm with us the total cost of your order (including shipping and taxes) before mailing payment.
Given the extensive number of products available from Federal Publications, we regret that a few items cannot be purchased through the shopping cart. In those cases, please use the blank form, write in the product(s) required and return it to us.

Alternately, if you are in Toronto or Montreal, you may choose to visit our retail stores. Contact information is listed below.

  • All orders require prepayment.
  • You may use Visa, Mastercard and American Express with our electronic shopping cart
  • Please note that shipping and applicable taxes are extra.
  • Orders are charged in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will automatically calculate the amount of your purchase in your own currency (e.g. US Dollars). For the current exchange rate, see the Bank of Canada's Currency Exchange.
Your order will be filled promptly; most orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is important that you provide us with a valid email address so that we may contact you to confirm when your order will be shipped or advise if there is a delay or a problem with filling your order.
